    Straight up hard workout!
    17:44 for the WOD w/ 30# kb and box dips
    Paleo challenge:
    I started at 135.4 and 31″ waist and I am down to 129.6 and 28″ waist. My performance is getting better more solid and times are def. faster 🙂 I don’t care if I win, but it feels awesome to see progress!
