Pullup Skill Work: 5 mins

Pullups: 2 sets of 10

Toes to Bar: 2 sets of 10

For time:

  • 200M Run
  • 2o Pullups
  • 20 Situps
  • 20 Wall Ball
  • 20 KB Swings
  • 200M Run

    6:35 blue band,RX…Thanks Clayton and Sean for letting us (CFMC) sit in. The Gym looks AWESOME!!!! Great job in putting it together. Really enjoyed the WOD, and it was nice seeing new faces join the CF Family.

    Rx means you did the workout or WOD as prescribed or without any scaling
