12/24 – 5am, 6am, noon

12/25 – Closed

12/26 – Open Gym (Time TBD, check the FaceBook page)

1 Deadlift (225/155)
2 Burpees
3 10m Farmers Carry (70/55)
4 Lunges
5 Box Jumps (24/20)
6 V Ups
7 Double Unders
8 DB Thrusters (45/30)
9 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
11 Wall Balls (20/14)
12 Tire Flips

Workout will be done like the 12 days of Christmas song.
