WOD 120501Snatch 3-3-3-3-3 4 rounds for total reps of: 3 minute AMRAP of:
- 30 OHS @ 65/45#
- 30 Double-Unders
Rest 2 minutes after each round.
This Saturday, starting at noon, CrossFit Beaumont will be hosting a combine testing the following events:
-Max Clean & Jerk (Scored as a percentage of body weight & scored again for max weight)
-Max Vertical Jump
-Max Broad Jump
-Max 200m Sprint – one attempt
-Max Snatch (scored as a percentage of body weight & again for max weight)
-Max Double Unders in 2 minutes
-Max Unbroken KB Swings (70/55)
-Max Pull-Ups (kipping allowed)
This is a great chance for you to see where you stand against the rest of our CrossFit family. Its free for all members to participate, $20 for non-members. Even if you don’t want to compete, stop in and check it out, and cheer on your favorites. A great time is sure to be had by all!
