Front Squats 10-8-6-4-2
Add no more than 10 lbs at a time to each additional set

AMRAP in 12:
• Pinch Grip Plate Carry (25/15)
• 7 Box Jumps (24/20)

After Party: Row 150 M with rower set on 1 (not for time)

We will not be having the 10am members class on Saturday, September 8th. Instead, we will be running the BPOA Run To Remember 5k. Top 5 times will be put on the board! Registration forms are in the office, or go to active.com and search “BPOA”
