2 Squat Cleans at 75% of Above

For Reps:
2 Full Tabata Intervals (alternating) of:
Ring Dips
Situps

The workout will last 8 minutes (sixteen 30-second intervals) of: 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Each Interval you will swap movements until all 16 intervals are complete.
