WOD 3-14-13

Skill: Grip Strength Work

4 sets of: accumulate 30 seconds of hanging time on the pullup bars, rings, ropes, or rock holds. Try to hang from at least 2 different things. If you can, try to hang by 3 fingers or less for 1 round.

AFAHP: (as fast as humanly possible)
• Row 250 M (damper on 1)
• 10 KB Swings (55/35)
• 10 Goblet Squats (55/35)
• Run 200 M
• 10 Box Jumps (30/24)
• 10 Strict Pullups
• Run 200 M
• 10 TGU (55/35) [total] • 10 Burpees

Just a reminder, we will not be having a 6:30pm class Friday night.

Friday Night Lights will be held at CrossFit Bridge City this week. Warmup starts at 6:30 and the first heat starts at 7. Get your A-game on and get ready to compete! If you can’t make it out, we will be doing 13.2 on Saturday at 10am.
