 WOD 9/6/11

Max burpees in 1 minute. Add the single highest and lowest scores together, this will be the amount of burpees done for cashout.

 
6 Rounds for time:

7 Mutant Man-makers* (45/30 Dumbbells)

5 squat jumps

3 pullups

1 Handstand Push-Up

 

*Start with dumbbells at side, drop and do a push-up, row on each arm with dumbbell, stand up into a squat clean thruster.

    Jeremy, I’m glad I didn’t read that “42” before I did them! I just had to focus on finishing EACH one! Actually this wod is kinda fun. I like the low reps.

    19:46 using 12#db, blue/pruple bands, and a 12″ box for pikes)

    AND I had to wear a jacket on the warm-up run! 57 degrees at 6am! NICE

    28:02 with 1 abmat. 46 Burpees to cash out. Whatever you do, DO NOT underestimate this wod….if you use the proper weight, it will be devastating!!!

    I was thinking about starting to do all the WOD’s with a 20# vest until the Obliteration competition. I don’t think this is a great day to start.

    I had to do this WOD in the rec center at Lamar. Took me 19:50 with 20#. Subbed pull-ups for push-ups and press for the HSPU. Those man makers were no joke!!!
