Pinch Grip Plate Carry x3

Guys: use 2 15# plates in each hand. Scale to a 10# & 15# if you need to.
Ladies: use 2 10# plates in each hand. Scale to a single 15# plate.
Start at the pullup rig and walk back and forth thru the gym. Once you set down the plates you are done with that attempt.

For Time:
• 25 KB Swings (55/35)
• 25 Burpees
• 25 Box Jumps (30/24)
• 25 Goblet Squats (55/35)
• 50 Hand Release Pushups
• 50 Russian Twists (10/6) [total] • 100 DU’s

We will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We will also be closed on New Years Eve and New Years Day.
