“Kalsu”

For Time:
• 100 Thrusters (95/65)
***Every minute on the minute do 5 burpees***

This WOD starts with 5 burpees. After the burpees, complete as many thrusters as possible until the next minute starts. Once the next minute starts you must complete 5 burpees before continuing the thrusters.

After Party: Max Effort Ring Dips x3

    I am pretty sure this workout was the DEVIL! There was a few times I debated just not even getting up from the burpees….I was just going to lay there and be invisible or something.
