    My workouts are still sucking! Absolutely know 100% without a shadow of a doubt its my eating! Got to get better organized with my foods!

    35:47 45#kb, 20# WB till halfway thru 30 reps then switched to 14#, 24″, wow Morrison was tough

    WOW! That’s all I can say about this one. 38:30 all RX. First round I wanted to quit…but didn’t. Good luck everybody else.

    “Morrison” surely kicked me today. I’m with Fara, eating poorly certainly screws you.

    Kara did a great job of keeping me moving. (Even though I wanted to smack her a couple of times!)
    33:11 (10#, 12″, 30#)
    However I DID warm-up with a 14# ball and a 35# bell. I’ll be RXing them soon!

    41:36 RX. Def not one of my best times but I fought thru. Wall ball and box jumps are not my thing, but I’m getting better.
