Front Squat:
2 x 7, 3 x 5

AMRAP in 7 Min:
1 Deadlift (135#/95#)
1 Ground 2 Overhead

Round 1 you will do 1 deadlift, then 1 Ground to overhead. For each subsequent round, you will add 1 more Deadlift, but keep the G2OH at 1. The same bar will be used for both lifts.

After Party: Max Unbroken Kb Swings
