WOD 6-5-14

Accumulate 5 mins in a squat

Strict Press: 7-7-5-5-3-3 (65-90%)

AMRAP in 7:
• 3 Strict Pullups
• 6 Burpees w/Plate (45/25)
• 9 DB Russian Twists (20/15)

Immediately after the WOD ends, run 800m.

This Friday is “Dinner and a Movie” at CFL! We will be forgoing our 6:30pm class in order to have a Paleo Potluck and a big screen movie! We will have a big screen set up with a kid friendly movie playing, a grill going outside, and tables set up with whatever dish you bring. Bring the kids and anyone else that might want to come!
