Dual Kettlebell Front Squats 10-10-10-10

(Hold one kettlebell in each arm in the rack position)

AMRAP in 4 minutes:

5 Burpees

7 Thrusters (135#/95#)

Rest 2 minutes

Repeat for total of 4 rounds

    got a couple w/ the double KB squats @70# but quickly retreated back to the 53#. 3 rounds each set on the WOD w/ 75# thrusters.

    I used 18s on the double kb squats for the forst 3 rounds then did last round with 26s!! WILLED myself to stand up!
    I got 3 rounds each time with 35#s and always had about 20 seconds to spare which I (shamefully) used for rest.

    did all squats with 35

    wod: 3, 3 with 95#, then changed mid 3rd round to 65# finished 3 there and 4 in the last round

    toooooo many thrusters

    did squats with 53 tried 70 got one rep

    wod 4, 3,3,3 @ 95 thursters got me

    KB squats- 18#,26#,26#, 26# (five reps.) then 35# (five reps.)

    WOD- 4, 3, 3, 3 with 35#
