WOD 12-14-2012

AMRAP in 7 Min:

  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Burpees
  • 5 Push-Ups
  • 5Kb Swings (55/35)

Classes today and tomorrow will be at Noon and at 6pm. We hope you’ll join us. We’ll keep you updated with the rest of the week’s schedule as it  develops.
