Bench Press 5-5-5-3-3-3

5 Rounds:

5 Handstand Push-Ups
7 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
25 Air Squats

Part of staying Fit and Healthy is regularly learning and playing new sports. What sort of things are you doing outside the box? Flag Football, Intramural Soccer, Noodling, Cat Chasing? Post times to comments along with your extracurricular activities.

This weekend is the WW3.5 Mud Run. The 11am Heat is dressing up as zombies so come prepared! CFB will have a booth set up around 9am so if you want to come hang out  you are more than welcome. We will have some zombie make-up on site that day but come ready to go if possible.

    Couldn’t get away today to make it to the box, but I really miss playing in the adult soccer league, otherwise since I started Crossfit my outdoor activities such as Hunting and Fishing are more enjoyable now and less tiring to me, it has been a long time since I could drag a deer a few hundred yards thru the woods without a heart attack (lol) and its really nice not to be sore after hanging bow blinds…

    Is cat chasing a euphemism for something else?

    I golf. Crossfit really helps me with energy for looking for my ball in the woods and helps me throw my clubs further or break them more easily.

    103# 1 rep max on bench
    7:15 with 12″ pike push ups(my first time to do those in a wod) and 35# KB

    I have never played sports because I was always too out of shape, but since I’ve been going to CrossFit I play tennis and softball and I love it!

    83#-3 rep max, 88-1 repmax, 8:11 on the wod, 1mat and 10# plate for hspu’s and 44# kb!! Crossfit keeps me in shape for the only outside sport i play and that is Black Friday shopping, I’ve always been good at it, but now that I’m an athlete, I’m unstoppable!!:)
