Front Squat – Find your 1 rep max

Deadlift – Find your 1 rep max

We will be moving locations in the next 2-3 weeks. Our new address will be 1458 South St. It is located near the intersection of MLK and Laurel. Our workout area will be nearly 3x larger and we will also have two showers! There will be some other cool upgrades to go along with the new gym. We will be posting more about the move soon.

New Payment Dates – You may have noticed your bill this month was less than it normally is. If you are not on a contract then your bill for the month of June will be prorated (this month only) and every bill moving forward will be paid on the first of the month. If you are on a contract your bills will continue to draft on the same day each month until your contract expires. Our prices have not changed. Let us know if you have any questions.

    I was excdited that there wasn’t a lot of cardio stuff…so Kara had us run an 800 warm-up! I had a good day:
    Did hspu in bands! last 5 in red/red. Hard but doable.
    115# fs (17# pr) 205#dl (10#pr)

    (TODAY I start learning double-unders)

    Proud to say, even though its early in the day, i made the board this morning on both….with the help of Kara & Sheree telling me i can do this….. FS max 138#, DL max 215#. Great day, ready to do it again 🙂

    Im with Clayton….. 1 rep max anything is a hard day. If you’re doing it right this should be scary. We haven’t done anything this heavy in a while. Should be fun and way to go Fara those are awesome numbers.
