Skill Work: Skin the Cat Progression and Lever Progression on Rings

followed by handstand work for 3 mins

 

3 Rounds For Time:

3 Press

6 Push Press,

9 Push Jerk (95/65)  (without dropping the bar)

800M run

Complete 5 burpees after the last run for each time the bar is dropped.

    Great job Serennah! i dont like the runs….it was like a mile and half!

    Time 19:24, 53#s…..wished i would have RXs, whats 12#s….so bummed! Not sure on situps….but i did them! 🙂

    Rethinking my decision to sub thrusters in place of the back squat in yesterday’s workout. Oh well, I see some burpees in my future.

    CA- correction, that was a 10 throughout….. not just the dismount.

    Not sure of my time, but I am sure it was very hot. Running in the 100 degree heat is no fun. No drops @ 95# though which was my main goal.
