We will be having a Paleo Workshop on Tuesday, June 12th. It will be presented by Brittany Stephenson of CrossFit Mid-County, so if you missed the one at CrossFit Beaumont, you should definitely make it to this one!     10# ball till number 6 then had to go down to 6# ball.
