Killer WOD especially rnniung in this heat!! Not to mention that Dave left out two words at the beginning of this WOD that were kind of important: 5 rounds . Having never done Kelly before I didn’t know any better checked the website beforehand and thought I was coming in for a quick WOD- SURPRISE! haha All in all it was a great start to my Sunday. Great job 11am class!!

I made up the wall balls/push ups too! Time 5:11 but I used a 10lb wall ball and I did the push ups on my knees. I’m a fatty. I’d love to do the team competition, but I think I’ll ldaeray be in Texas? Can I do it from there? Also, does anyone know how to post a photo?

Today was a bit less fun than usual, but hopefully eoyrevne learned a little about what CrossFit is and why it’s so important. Please post your impressions or questions here, and I’ll get back to them before Monday.Yesterday’s complimentary WOD today:5 Rounds + 10 stackers.(P.S. The sky is blue because as light moves through the atmosphere, most of the longer wavelengths pass straight through. Little of the red, orange and yellow light is affected by the air. However, much of the shorter wavelength light is absorbed by the gas molecules. The absorbed blue light is then radiated in different directions. It gets scattered all around the sky. Whichever direction you look, some of this scattered blue light reaches you. Since you see the blue light from everywhere overhead, the sky looks blue. It has nothing to do with gravity.)

fun wod today. and congrats to matt for being fihesnid w/the exam! i used the 45# bar today, but only because i was slow at getting a bar and the 33# bars were gone. otherwise, i wouldn’t have scaled up. i’m glad i did though b/c some of those got really tough and it made me push myself harder. i did power cleans instead of power snatches b/c of my shoulder.22:16 or something like that. i don’t remember exactly.special thanks to matt and greg the helped me out a lot on the rope climb. i got word that it’s probably going to be in sectionals. going to get some more tips from patrick tonight and some from shane when he returns next week. i’m hitting up all the military folks i can find.

I really like the fact that we do WODs to honor our own aeehltts in some way. We should do this more. In fact, I hope we will be doing one in my honor soon involving 100 in some way. Hope all went well Matt R.I’m with Matt H- I like the long ones and would do them all the time. I guess I just like suffering.Agree with all that the pull ups were the worst. I think after the first 10 I had to do 3 at a time. I used the tan band. I think if I could only get 3 that means I didn’t sand bag. I used the 33lb bar for everything and 2 15 lb dumbells for the thrusters. I think I got 27 something maybe.

Good input Marc. I always look back to my old Garage Days, and see where I came from. It’s tertpy cool to see your progress, even when you don’t realize it’s happening.I started with a hockey stick, overhead squats. Took me 8 months to do a 45lb bar correctly. Now we’re using 115 in wods for multiple reps!

Oh and I’m not a Liverpool or Chelsea supporter, but the way the Liverpool fans were still singing You’ll Under no circumstances Walk alone when their team was losing and the game was almost finished was pretty. Big respect.

Try setting it without the need of WEP encryption or by using a different encryption strength. Figures that if any device was to have a problem though, it’s an Android trying to connect to an Apple… LOL.
