For Time:

1 Mile Run

6 Rounds of “Cindy”
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

3 rounds:
20 Burpees
15 Kb Swings (55/35)
10 Wall Balls (20/14)

Anyone interested in judging/volunteering at the competition should send an email to [email protected] with info as to what you can do and how long you can be there. We need plenty of judges so that we can rotate them throughout the different heats.

In conjunction with our upcoming competition (Raider Challenge), we will be hosting The Fittest Raider. It is an amateur competition consisting of 3 simple events. The top male and female win $50 cash and a 1 month membership to CFL! Plus, ANYONE who competes will receive 50% off the cost of their On-Ramp! It’s only $10 to compete and all proceeds go to LHS Project Graduation.

    9:20 mile…19:21rx except knees on some pushups..that was tough for me..I’m still soar from Mondays 150 pushups..:-)

    Shelly I was informed we did it wrong ;( unfortunately we were supposed to never have a break between the mile run and the rest of it. So I guess we are null and void. Lol but hey good Job anyways

    Lol. I probably would have really passed out trying to keep up with all you morning folks with no break in between…lol..we got a heck of a wod anyways:-)
