Power Snatch Skill Work

3 Rounds For Time:
• 50 Air Squats
• 25 Situps
• 600 M Run

If you plan on doing Open WOD 13.1 tomorrow, you are welcome to come in and participate in the snatch work; or, simply limber up with a foam roller or lacrosse ball.

We will not be having a 6:30 class on Friday night. Plan on being at CFB at that time for Friday Night Lights!
