2 Rounds: Max L-Sit , then accumulate 1 full minute of L-Sit
- 200M run, 5 box jumps (24/20), 5 wall ball (20/14), 5 pullups
- 400M run, 10 box jumps, 10 wall ball, 10 pullups
- 600M run, 15 box jumps, 15 wall ball, 15 pullups
- 800M run, 20 box jumps, 20 wall ball, 20 pullups
Due to several no-shows, starting next week (April 16th), you will be required to RSVP for the 6 am class. This is as simple as giving Clayton or Sean a text or a quick call the day before. In no way are we planning on dropping the 6am class.
This Friday (April 13th) we will not be having the 5:30 pm or 6:30 pm classes. Clayton is getting married!!!! Be sure to congratulate him this week!
