Battle of the Boxes 1.3

AMRAP in 20:
• 5 DL (225/155) [185/115] • 10 Goblet Squats (55/35) [35/25] • 15 Box Hop Overs (20/16) [20/16]

Box Hop Overs may be done as one jump, or by jumping onto and over the box. Feet must go straight over the box, not around the side(s). Score is total number of rounds + reps.

This is our 3rd Battle of the Boxes WOD this year. It is sponsored by Grant Anderson State Farm, and the best box at the end of the year wins $500! Please make a point to be hear and compete in one of the divisions to help CFL win! Next month’s B.o.t.B. will be on May 9th.

Raffle tickets for a Lauberge weekend, dinner, and Benelli shotgun will be for sale at the gym. Proceeds will help some Lake Charles athletes go to CrossFit Regionals.
