• 15 KB Swings (55/35)
• 5 Floor Wipers (per side)
• 10 Goblet Squats

Battle off the Boxes is this Thursday!!! It’s a whole new year and a whole new competition! We will be having the BOB WOD on the last Thursday of every month so mark it down in your calendars!

We will be having a CrossFit Kids class on Saturday at 10am. This class is limited to children of members, ages 4-12. If you would like to get your kids active and into a great program this is your chance to let them try it out.
