For time:

200M sandbag run,

50 pullups,

200M sandbag run,

50 pushups,

200M sandbag run,

50 Double Unders
Cashout- Complete 3 rounds of 10 “toes to wall, butt to ball” – With your toes touching the wall and a medicine ball behind you squat until you touch the ball then stand.

    Today was an extra rest day for me. I’m glad, since my hand is torn up from Saturday. 50 pull-ups would not have been fun.

    was tough after doing saturdays 5th mountain but, i gutted it out and got it done. did all the reps but used a red band for the push-ups & red/blue for pull ups. carried a 45# sandbag on the runs. set 2 Thruster PRs today even with tired arms. 113# 1 rep max & 103# 3 rep max 😉
