WOD 6-1-12

AMRepAP in 3: DU’s or Singles

AMRepAP in 2: Wall Ball (20/14)

AMRepAP in 1: Burpees

5 Rounds For Time:

  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 20 M One-arm Waiter Carry [each arm, with KB] (55/35)
  • 40 M Farmers Carry [with weight plates] (25/15)

For the Waiter Carry you will: hold the KB overhead in one arm, start at one of the doorways and walk straight out to the fence, switch arms, and walk back. For the Farmers Carry you will: grab the edges of the plates in each hand, walk to the fence and back in the same manner as the Waiter Carry.

T-shirts and Tops and Tanks, OH MY!– We will be doing a pre-order on the new shirt designs. There will be a sign-up list in the gym office for you to place your order. Please sign up and have your money turned in by Monday, June 11th. Shirts will be $20 each. If you cannot physically be at the gym in this time frame to put in your order, but want a shirt, email Clayton or Sean with your order. We will do our best to include you in the order, but cannot guarantee anything (life happens). Extra shirts ordered will be first come, first serve. We will not reserve extra shirts without prior payment.
