Clay Miller Throws Up 135# Like Its Nothing

WOD 8/12/11

For Time:

2000m Run (400m increments)

50 Burpees (10burpee increments)

150 Sit-Ups (30 sit-up increments)

You can break up this workout however you want. Each movement can only be broken up into the increments noted above.

Ex: 5 Rounds of 400m Run, 10 burpees, 30 sit-ups.

OR

Ex: 800m Run, 20 Burpees, 60 sit-ups, 800m run, 20 burpees 60 sit-ups, 400m run, 10 burpees, 30 sit-ups.

Break it up whichever way you think will you allow to complete the work, you can do all of the run at the beginning, or all the run at the end, just get creative!

    400row,10,burpee,30situp, x 5 Time: 28:03. Thanks Tobin for the rowing tips. Great work out. I think today was my 1st Rx WOD. Time was not good, but I feel Great!!!

    Did the whole run first, 25 burpees, 75 sit-ups, 25 burpees, 75 sit-ups….. was pretty rough. 26:03min…Then 500 meter row. Thanks Toben for helping me learn a better row technique 🙂

    Holy Moly!!!! A great workout to start off the weekend but def a challenge! It was a looonnng and HOT workout but I finished and am happy with it….29:45. Not any records or anything but I feel good about it and I am feeling it today! Best kind! Thanks Toben for the extra push!

    Nakia, you did it wrong! Sets of 10 for the burpees and 30 for the sit-ups

    I must have misunderstood because they said we could do it however we wanted as long as we completed the whole workout. Oh well I’ll just redo the whole workout in the morning. The right way hopefully get a better time. 🙂
