Work up to a heavy triple

AMRAP in 12:
*400 M Run
• 5 Cleans (95/65)
• 3 Snatches (95/65)
• 10 Atomic Situps

*This WOD starts with a 400 M run; after running, in the remaining time do as many rounds as possible.

After Party: T2B 5×7

The 2014 CrossFit Open starts on Thursday! Time is running out to register. “Friday Night Lights” starts this week. We will be doing the Open WOD at CFB; everything starts off at 6:30pm!
We will not be having a 6:30pm class this week due to the Open!
