WOD 4/11/11

Raised Deadlift 3-3-3-3 (normal deadlifts, only you will be standing on a 45# bumper plate. No more than 75-85% of your 1 rep max)

Death by 2-count Push-ups
On the first minute complete 2 push-ups, 4 the second, 6, 8, etc until you can no longer complete the reps within the minute.

Death by 4-count Sit-ups
On the first minute complete 4 sit-ups, 8 the second, 12, etc until you can no longer complete the reps within the minute

Death by 6-count Air-squats
On the first minute complete 6 Air-squats, 12 the second, 18, etc until you can no longer complete the reps within the minute

After each “death by” immediately begin the next death by movement until finished with all 3.

    22 push ups, 36 sit ups, 48 air squats. 275# squat. Legs are still tight and still don’t feel 100%.

    27 rounds and 41 squats. I missed getting 28 rounds with JJ by one half squat. Dang you long legs. Good work today John. Way to punish those pushups.

    I did death by 4x situps and got 36 and 8x double unders and got 64. I missed getting 72 by one or two seconds. It was hard to see my watch. My shoulders were hurting.

    18 Push Ups, 28 Sit Ups, 36 Squats…Was at the firehouse, so I just did 5-5-5-5-5 Dl (225#)
