In 10 minutes: find a heavy set of 5, then complete sets of 3 at that weight for the remained of the time.
In 15 minutes: find a weight you are comfortable doing 5-rep sets with. Do at least 5 sets, gradually working from catching the weight high, to dropping into a full squat snatch.
In 10 Minutes:
• 4 Front Squats (185/135)
• 15 Burpees
On “even” minutes, do front squats; on “odd” minutes do burpees. If you cannot complete all of the burpees in a given minute, you will finish them after the 10 minutes is up.
