• 2x Max hang from pullup rig (for time)
• ME dead hang pullups

For time, with a partner:
• 25 SDLHP (KB 55/35)
• 25 Hand Release Pushups
• 20 Goblet Squats (55/35)
• 20 Box Jumps
• 100 M Run
• 15 T2B
• 15 Wall Ball (20/14)
• 10 Hollow Rocks
• 10 Supermans

Partner 1 will start by completing all the reps of the first movement. Once done they will rest and partner 2 will complete all reps of the same movement. Then, partner 1 will complete all reps of the next movement, etc, etc.
