6x400m Run

1:1 Rest to Work Ratio

Each attempt must be within 5 seconds of the previous attempt so don’t go too strong in the but try and push yourself. For every run not completed within 5 seconds of the previous run you must complete 10 push-ups.

    oh yes!!! I can’t wait till I can do HALF of what the other two chicks in this picture can do 😉 I’m only a month into CFB, and can’t wait to see what kind of progress I make in a few months

    last day of finals for me today.. well at least for this semester… sad I can’t make it in, because running is on the top of my list of things I seriously need to work on

    Nice “personal training” this morning with Sean! My times were all in the 2:30 range with enough “off” to make me do 30 push-ups. Glad I didn’t look ahead or I would have talked myself out of going. I probably should have pushed a little more to get my times down but I didn’t really know if I could do it at all! The rest between each run really makes it better. Gives you a chance to catch your breath.

    first run on old course, 2nd on new, 3rd on 2×200…then went back to the old

    not sprints but a good striding pace for me

    also missed my goal to keep it all in the teen’s :[

    @sheree… I know, right?? running is the thing I am the WORST at!! btw, I haven’t met u yet, but u rock!!! my goal is usually to try to match ur weight and times , thanks for motivating me to push harder 🙂

    All between 1:40 and 1:31…stayed pretty consistent. good wod. I really enjoy breaking it up like this. Did a firehouse WOD yesterday: 5rds: 5 Thrusters (135#), 10 Burpee Box jumps…not sure of the time.

    1:20, 1:16, 1:16, 1:21, 1:23, 1:20. Farmers carry at 53#, 70#. I got to chase Neal so I was pushing it. It was a lot of fun until the last round when he blasted off into the night. My knees were tight after the 3rd round. I need a few more days off. I hope I dont miss any really fun WODs.

    This WOD sucked- I hate running. Nevertheless I think I did pretty well. Can’t remember my times but they were pretty consistent.

    Farmers carry 45#
    Waiters walk 20#

    I had to get dad to time me at the high school track by the house in H-town. As usual, running kills me. Anyway, 1:40, 1:30, 1:35, 1:36, 1:39, 1:26. Had to do 20 push-ups. Not to get all cheesy or anything, but workouts aren’t the same away from the box. The community aspect is one of my favorite things. Nice job on the runs everybody!

    I was just looking at Crossfit gyms in the area and noticed that Neal had some impressive splits. I did want to know if he had to do the 10 pushup penalty for not staying within the 5 second window on his suicidal 1:09 split.
