• 50′ Plank Walk
• 50 Air Squats
• 400 M Run
• 50′ Plank Walk
• 50 KB Box Step-Ups (24/20) (55/35)
• 200 M Run
• 50′ Plank Walk
• 50 One-Arm KB Swings (55/35) [total]

There will be a 20 minute cutoff on this WOD.

The wall between our existing unit and the new unit at the gym will be under construction this week. We ask that you be patient with us and the demo workers during this time. We are working hard to get the “new” gym ready!
