Every Minute On The Minute For 30 Minutes:

5 Wall Ball (20/14)

10 Push-Ups

5 Ball Slams (20/14)

If you can’t complete a round during any given minute you will finish and then rest during the next minute.

    enough with the pushups and wall ball. my 2 worst things keep getting paired together…but i know…the more you do it the better you get

    I don’t mind the push ups or the wall balls… BUT 30 F-N Minutes!! I supposed I’ll have to work on my horrible endurance…

    That was beyond terrible. Had to get down to knee push ups at about rd 13. Shoulders will be feelin nice tomorrow

    Never again–did this one Sunday. Completed every minut. 14# ball. Started knee push ups somewhere after round 5. Once I got to failure on those I started rolling up a little–kinda cheatin’ but I didn’t stop.
