    Back squats- 100, 110, 125, 130.

    WOD: 45# done in 14:37

    May have lost 8lbs.. Not sure, Sean tells me my scale lies to me.. 🙂 it does seem a little wishy washy when I weigh sometimes.. And may have lost 1 inch around my tummy…. I started eating paleo the day the challenge started and have done really well on it.. Who knew I could behave?? Haha 🙂
