PVC Hurdles: Find a Max Height

For Time:
• 20 Thrusters (95/65)
• 800 M Run
-Rest 2 Mins-
• 40 Thrusters (45/30)
• 200 M Run
-Rest 2 Mins-
• 20 Thrusters (95/65)
• 800 M Run

Score is total time including rest. Drop/add plates to your barbell during the rest periods.

After Party: Weighted Bear Crawls for max distance in 3 mins

    Okay, this workout was freaking nuts…so hot. I just feel great that I finished it!!!

    25:50 w/ 35# thrusters
    After crawl: I don’t even know…I used 5# db though.
