9 Deadlifts (155#/100#)

12 CF Games Push-Ups (Hands off the ground at the bottom)

15 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

    7 rds +9+7. (65#, 12″ and knee but game style pu’s) I HATE being off 4 days straight (but Hill Country was BEAUTIFUL!) And we had NINE at 6am today!

    Saturday I got 8rds +24 reps, and I was feeling really good before. Today I got 9 rds +12 reps, and I was not feeling pumped before. Just goes to show you that you are capable of way more than you think.

    8 rounds and 4 box jumps short of having 9 rounds :(… 85lbs 12″ box…. have been sore for days..
