AMRAP in 15, w/a partner:
• 50 ft Partner Carry (each)
• 20 Alternating Air Squats (each)
• 50 ft Wheel Barrow Walk (each)
• 10 Med Ball Chest Pass (20/14)
For the squats, you can only do 1 rep at a time.
Sub 100 ft backwards bear crawl for the partner carry. (Can be done at same time)
Sub 100 ft bear crawl for wheel barrow walk. (Can be done at same time)

Tomorrow starts the “Battle of the Boxes”!!! Once a month our gym will do a WOD that will be pitting us against CFB, CFMC, and CFBC. You can compete in one of four divisions (men’s RX, women’s RX, men’s scaled, and women’s scaled) to help put our gym on top! All you have to do is show up to any normal class time and do the WOD. The top 4 scores from our gym in each division will be submitted, and will hopefully bring us 1st place! For more info, ask a coach.
