Thanks to everyone who has tried out CrossFit Lumberton these past 2 weeks. We have had one heck of a time. I know we’ve made some friendships that are going to last for a long time to come. This is just the beginning!

    Horrible time and not happy
    With it BUT I did finish it and I
    Was happy with increasing to 65# on
    thrusters. I def gotta work on pull ups!
