Weighted Pushups
Find a 2 Rep Max
With a partner assisting to balance the load and adding weights, complete 2 push ups at a time until you find a max weight. If you’re not comfortable with weights on your back, we can use bands to accomplish the load as well.

For Time:
12 Deadlifts (275/165)
40 Wall Balls (20/14)
9 Deadlifts
30 Wall Balls
6 Deadlifts
20 Wall Balls
3 Deadlifts
10 Wall Balls
