3 Sets of 20 Pull-Ups – Rest 2 minutes between sets

Scale to 15 or 10 reps if needed.

As Fast As Possible:

800m Run

20 Push-Ups

20 Dumbbell Thrusters (45/30)

40 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

    16:03 35# dumbells and 53# KB. Scaled the thrusters because I just didn’t want to do the work. Good work Jay you are a beast.

    started with 30# DB only did 12 reps 🙁 then scaled down to 20#
