20 Mutant Man-Makers for time (45/30)

AMRAP in 5 minutes:

  • 10 DB Push Press(45/30)
  • 10 DB Deadlift
  • 10 Pushups

Use the same set of dumbells for deadlifts as you are using for push press.

Our Grand Opening is this Saturday! Free class for all skill levels at 11, CrossFit Games Open WOD around 12ish, Advanced skill level WOD “Lumber-Jacked” around 1, food and fellowship after. Starting next week (March 5) we will be switching from a 6PM class to a 5:30 and 6:30PM class.
