Tabata means 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest (therefore exactly 4 minutes at each station). You will score each station by the lowest number of reps completed (or calories on the rower) during any of the 8 intervals. Possible score could be Push-Ups – 8, Pull-Ups 6, Sit-Ups – 10, Squats – 15, Rower – 6 for a total score of 45.
