Start at 70%. Try to add weight each set.

 

With A Partner:

400m Run

40 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters (95/65)

40 Toes To Bar

400m Run

30 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters (95/65)

30 Toes To Bar

400m Run

20 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters (95/65)

20 Toes To Bar

 

Partners Run together but can split the reps any way. One penalty for every time the bar touches the ground during the sets of Hang Squat Clean Thrusters. After the workout is complete partners will do 10 push-ups for every penalty.

 

Due to our coach being busy with her new dance studio we will no longer be offering our stretching class on Saturdays at 9am. However next month we will be hosting a mobility clinic.

This mobility clinic will be geared to mobility as it applies to strength training. We will be going over techniques you can do for 10-15 minutes minutes before class to prep for deadlifts, squatting, overhead work, etc. We will post more information as the date gets closer! This will be more closely related to things you would see at www.mobilitywod.com

    Only my 3rd week, so I was good with my 135# on dead lift! Though I’ll work to increase.. & thank you Danielle, my partner for this WOD, for pushing me through! You were awesome on those thrusters!
