5 Rounds:

25 Double Unders

15 KB Swings (55/35)

5 Reps of 1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat (Standard 135/95) (Scaled 105/75)

 

Standard and scaled will use the same size kettlebell. Scaled division has the option to do 25 double unders or 75 single unders. The squat clean will start from the ground, pass through a full squat and upon standing will then execute an additional front squat. The bar then returns to the ground for the next squat clean + front squat.
