Spend 1 minute in the bottom of a squat.

5 Rounds:
• 15 Russian Swings (55/35)
• 15 DU’s
• 100M Suitcase Carry (55/35)

After Party:
• 800 M Run, then sit in the bottom of a squat for 1 minute.
• Dips 5×3
