WOD 5-23-13

Handstand Skills: 10 mins
Work on handstands against the wall, freestanding, and one-handed against the wall.

4 Rounds For Time:
• 10 DB Snatches (right arm) (45/30)
• 10 Wall Ball (20/14)
• 10 DB Snatches (left arm)
• 200 M Run

Wall Ball shots will be at the 10′ mark for ladies (above red) and at the 12′ mark for guys (top of the black).

We will not be having classes on Memorial Day (next Monday). We will only be having open gym from 12-1. Plan on doing “Murph” but know that you may do whatever you like. There will be NO COACHING during this time.
