Back Squat
the set of 20 should be done as heavy as possible, but still complete the full set unbroken

AMRAP in 8:
8 Front Squats (155/105, no racks)
8 Pull Ups

**2 minute rest**

8 Box Jumps (24/20)
8 Push Ups

No Saturday classes this week. Come out to LHS for the competition!

If you are planning on helping out at the competition and/or judging, please let Sean know. We also need volunteers to help bring equipment to/from the gym before and after the competition.

The Battle of the Boxes WOD for April will be on the 30th. Plan on working out that day, we need all hands on deck!
