WOD 10-9-12

Snatch Work for 15 minutes

In this order, do 1 rep of the following:
• Power Snatch
• Hang Power Snatch
• Squat Snatch
• Hang Squat Snatch
Add weight after you have completed all 4 variations, working up to a heavy weight. You are allowed to drop the bar between each movement.

6 Rounds for Total Reps:
• DB Pushups
• Wall Ball (20/14)
• Russian Twists
• KB SDLHP (55/35)
• Mountain Climbers

You will have 20 seconds to get as many reps as possible of each movement, with 10 seconds of rest between each movement. (We will use the tabata timer but this is not a tabata WOD). There will be no rest between rounds (with the exception of the 10 second rest period between movements). Keep a running total of your reps.
